Minimum Comment Length WordPress Plugin - Yoast - Tweaking Websites.

This wordpress plugin can set a minimum comment length when your visitor leaves a comment. The default minimus is 15 characters.

If the comment is less than 15, wordpress will produce:

Error: Your comment is too short. Please try to say something useful!
